"EVERYTHING IS HIS"

"The earth is the LORD'S, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; 2 for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters." Psalms 24:1-2

He made everything out of nothing. It all belongs to Him: every space, all molecules, and what they do, every being, every animal, fish, and microbe.
From time to time, I need to sing a gospel song to make a point.

“He’s got the whole world, in His hands.
He’s got the whole wide world, in His hands.
He’s got the whole world in His hands.
He’s got the whole world, in His hand.

He’s got you and me brother, in His hands.
He’s got you and me sister, in His hands.
He’s got the sun and the rain, in His hands,
He’s got the moon and the stars, in His hands.
He’s got the wind and the clouds, in His hands.
He’s got the rivers and mountains, in His hands.
He’s got everybody here, in His hands.

He’s go the whole world, in His hands.”

Sing it to yourself, sing it to Him. Remind yourself. It’s all His. He made it, founded it, established it, and made us stewards of it. But, He did not relinquish ownership. Still His, always has been.
