"...and that He may send the Christ, who has been appointed for you... even Jesus." Acts 3:20
God's promises compound. They multiply. They are a never-ending reservoir of blessings. There are thousands of them in Scripture.
God the Father sends Christ the Son on three levels that I can see. He sends Him to begin all things, He sends Him to redeem all things and then He sends Him to fulfill all things. Christ in eternity past, Christ in History, Christ in the Future.
When we meet Him in the moment, He can pull it all together for us. Christ is sent. He is appointed for you. Yes, you... and me. We have been given a Savior, a Lord, a Counselor, a Healer, a Redeemer, a King. All we must do is receive Him. The sending is fulfilled in the receiving. Receive Him fresh today. He was sent for you…. and me. Lord cone to us today in every way.
